"Great Service"
I have been ordering my cats food and cat litter from this website for past 3 months. I have no problems with the website I find it easy to use especially the reorder facility. The service is transparent in that they tell you once you have placed your order there may be a delay I have not waited any longer than a week from order to delivery and had great communications from biting telling me when the parcel is on route. I am also impressed with the loyalty card which gives you a voucher of £16 to redeem once full.

"My go to company for my dogs’ food."
I have been ordering my dog food and natural treats, from Bitiba, for three years now. Always found the ordering process easy, efficient, with a speedy delivery but even I was surprised when my order placed on Friday, arrived on Monday.
Very competitive prices, too.

"Good service"
Competitive prices and a good range of products too. Delivery has always been very quick and has been packaged just in cardboard which I like (so there's no excess plastic packaging).
